This role is ideal for an experienced residential construction professional who brings strong leadership, sound judgment, local building knowledge, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience. Based in Menlo Park, Supple Homes is a boutique custom homebuilder with more than 20 years of experience building large-scale luxury residences throughout Silicon Valley. Our projects typically range from $4M to $11M, and our work is defined by craftsmanship, thoughtful coordination, and a high level of professionalism. We partner with top architects, consultants, subcontractors, and homeowners to execute distinctive homes with care and precision. Our team is guided by three core values: Hunger to Evolve, Enjoy the Process, and No Hidden Agenda.In this position, you will lead projects from pre-construction through final completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, documentation, subcontractor coordination, and client communication throughout the process. What You'll Do<ul><li>Manage project execution across schedule, scope, budget, and overall quality goals</li><li>Lead weekly scheduling and progress meetings with internal team members and trade partners</li><li>Maintain daily logs, updates, and client communication records in BuilderTrend</li><li>Oversee change orders, RFIs, and project documentation with close attention to detail</li><li>Support accurate invoicing, cost control, and financial tracking throughout the life of each project</li><li>Communicate proactively with clients through weekly PSR (Project Status Report) meetings</li><li>Help drive strong client satisfaction, with a target average rating of 8/10 or higher</li><li>Enforce jobsite safety expectations, company standards, and internal operating procedures</li><li>Support team development, accountability, and alignment with company culture</li><li>Maintain complete and timely internal reporting, documentation, and CRM updates</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects in the Bay Area</li><li>Strong knowledge of California building codes, permitting requirements, and inspection processes</li><li>Demonstrated success managing large, architect-led custom home projects</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Experience using BuilderTrend or similar construction management software</li><li>Valid California driver's license and reliable daily transportation to local job sites</li><li>Strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and customer service</li><li>Must be based in the Bay Area or able to commute daily to Menlo Park-area job sites within a 10-mile radius</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>$130,000 to $170,000 annually, based on experience, plus realistic bonus potential of up to $20,000, totalling $190,000</li><li>Annual performance bonus tied to profit goals, customer satisfaction, and administrative compliance</li><li>Kaiser health insurance</li><li>401(k) with profit-sharing</li><li>Company laptop, phone, and branded gear</li><li>Mileage or gas reimbursement for work-related travel</li><li>Paid vacation and holidays</li><li>Supportive team culture focused on growth, feedback, and shared success</li></ul>Equal Employment OpportunitySupple Homes Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
