We're seeking a Luxury Residential Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end custom home projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep local construction knowledge, and a client-centric approach. You will be responsible for budget and schedule management, subcontractor coordination, and delivering an exceptional client experience every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project execution: schedule, scope, budget, and quality
- Lead weekly scheduling and progress meetings with internal teams and subcontractors
- Maintain daily logs and client communications via BuilderTrend
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, cost tracking, and financial documentation
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients through weekly PSR (Project Status Report) meetings
- Drive client satisfaction with a goal of an 8/10 average rating or higher
- Enforce jobsite safety, company values, and standard operating procedures
- Support team development, mentorship, and cultural alignment
- Maintain full administrative compliance with internal reporting and CRM updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of luxury residential construction management experience in the Bay Area
- Deep understanding of California building codes, permitting, and inspection processes
- Proven success managing large-scale, architect-led custom homes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience using BuilderTrend or similar construction management software
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable daily transportation to local job sites
- A reputation for professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence
- This position is located in Menlo Park, CA. Applicants must be local to the Bay Area or willing to commute daily to job sites within a 10-mile radius.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full time position
- Competitive salary range at $120,000 to $150,000 based on experience.
