This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and critical to maintaining quality, safety, and schedule on site.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage all day-to-day jobsite operations from groundbreaking to final punch</li><li>Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and inspections</li><li>Maintain project schedules and daily logs using BuilderTrend</li><li>Enforce jobsite safety standards and company SOPs</li><li>Ensure work is performed to plans, specs, and quality expectations</li><li>Conduct daily site walks and proactively resolve field issues</li><li>Communicate clearly with Project Managers regarding progress, delays, and changes</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites</li><li>Uphold company values and represent Supple Homes with professionalism</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of luxury residential superintendent experience in the Bay Area</li><li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination</li><li>Deep knowledge of California building codes and inspections</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans</li><li>Experience using BuilderTrend or similar field management tools</li><li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills</li><li>Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation</li></ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>100,000 - $130,000 DOE</li><li>Performance bonus tied to schedule, quality, and safety metrics</li><li>Kaiser Health Insurance</li><li>401(k) with profit sharing</li><li>Company phone, tablet, and branded gear</li><li>Mileage or gas reimbursement</li><li>Paid vacation and holidays</li></ul>
