We are seeking a Luxury Residential Site Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on high-end custom home projects. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and critical to maintaining quality, safety, and schedule on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day jobsite operations from groundbreaking to final punch
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• Maintain project schedules and daily logs using BuilderTrend
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and company SOPs
• Ensure work is performed to plans, specs, and quality expectations
• Conduct daily site walks and proactively resolve field issues
• Communicate clearly with Project Managers regarding progress, delays, and changes
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Uphold company values and represent Supple Homes with professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury residential superintendent experience in the Bay Area
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination
• Deep knowledge of California building codes and inspections
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
• Experience using BuilderTrend or similar field management tools
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• 100,000 - $130,000 DOE
